decent place to start if your priority is learning client support/TL skills

Pros

Remote work is possible on many projects; some people appreciate that because it removes commuting, allows more flexibility. But remote = less face-to-face support, sometimes slower responses from management or HR when issues arise.

Cons

lack of transparency, inconsistent feedback, sometimes blame being passed downward, or feels like management doesn’t always understand the ground-level problems.

Aggressive sales pitching disguised as customer support

Pros

Suitable for entry level, young employees who have talent for aggressively pitching sales to customers who call for totally different reasons Decent pay with no delays (if you hit your targets and put in some paid over time)

Cons

Sales targets almost impossible to reach for most which are not presented accurately in the hiring interview Horrible micromanagement The company policy both of CGS and of the American company of one of the projects lack total respect for both the employees and their customers, often times using deceptive tactics
