As always, people do not have empathy when it comes to situations that pertain to the personal areas of employees that are students, there are manipulations from TLs to convince you to dedicate less time to your studies in favour of working overtime for the company The role itself gets really old really quick because of difficult customers and TLs are really only concerned about their own targets
