Pros

It gives you the opportunity to grow in the company. It does not require experience to do so. The call center offers different programs that you can work and they are interesting.

Cons

Training is not enough to learn everything you need to know. After a while working there, you lose the motivation to work, the company needs to do more for employees.

Great way to start your career. You will learn a lot about how a huge company like this works. You will learn a lot of soft skills.

Cons

The managers are not that transparent. Friends working together is their motto, but it's not really like that. Really hard to get a vacation, you need to specify where and when you will be going with 1 year in advance.
