Pros
Hours are 24X7 so it gives you the flexibility for scheduling. All the managers have open doors and are very open to employees coming in and speaking to them. The owner of the company comes for visits and spends time on the floor with the phone reps. He also personally engages in anything brought to his attention. Company does several luncheons throughout the year for employee appreciation and recognizes employees of the Quarter. Focus groups are held to hear the employee concerns and most things are addressed.
Cons
The pay rate is lower compared to industry standard. No bonus structure to be able to earn extra cash for a job well done, on top of no increases for close to 5 years
