Pros

- Great salary. who wouldn't love that :). Too bad I had to leave NY - stable job yet very challenging. - I learnt something new everyday. - My boss was very supportive and easy going.

Cons

- Vacation and benefits package is not that good. - The company has plenty of products/services and each product has multiple aspects... Very challenging as I said!

Pros

Sorry, but there are no pros to this company. However, there are some good people, mostly looking for their next jobs from there, and not yet infected by the toxicity and divisive culture from the top.

Cons

Worst experience of my career. Politics like one has never seen, conniving, and backstabbing are the foundational culture. Most toxic environment. Employees and execs are products. All, including VPs, are going around sharing how they would love to quit if only the job market were better. No customer references. Turnover in sales is 50% per year! No pay increases. Commission plans are changed to avoid paying. CEO screams at people regularly and in public. If you don't have a job, keep looking, as this isn't it.
