Cons

Interests managers, they don't care about the people only about the company's money and Interests. The salary is very low. And the place and peoples instability

Pay scale, management unprofessional, loud obnoxious environment, lies to it's clients, time off procedure.

The team members are young and the enviroment is dinamic.

Cons

Unprofessional behaivior from the team leaders. Very busy schedule - sometimes I dindnt had time to drink water or go to bathroom. They didn't keept they promisese - they said that I could choose my working hours as will suit me best, but when I started they didn't allow me to do so.
