there is no pros to explain, horrible work culture, treat employees like slaves

Cons

you have work like a slave, you have to work like a monster but pay scale and hikes makes you cry, once you joined you will become beggar, you cont even expect good work place. in simply they unnecessary turn of the AC to save the power bill this word is enough to explain about company.

Entry level is good We can advise new technologies to managers and implement it.. But no help from any seniors..

Cons

I worked for around 2 years,Terrible working culture, every person in management feels like a boss and do whatever they want, the people who joined as a fresher to 5yrs exp has to give bond of min of 2 years and make them slave.. The People who wants to resign from company, the management will relieve them early and asks for the buyout like a beggars, they are much trained in this kind of situations.. I advise to the people not to join in this company.. And one more thing there is no increment if you are in bond, even u are not on bond u wil get less increment..

Poor pay compared to IT industry No bonuses, no salary increases unless they are strapped by the situation and you threaten to quit Their main target are students nearby who accept low salaries and unpaid overtime
