Pros

Very flexible and family orientated. I have been here for almost 2 years now and have no complaints. Nothing like a call center, not chained to a desk or headset. The only ask is that you show up and give it your all.

I have an amazing supervisor, as a team lead is always great to have an amazing relationship with your supervisor, Kattress Allen Cooper has taught me some amazing things that I've never imagined I would be interested in learning

Cons

Training needs to be better, at times they are not on one accord with each other. Community involvement needs to improve
