No real raises or upgrades no great benefits and 2 weeks vacation only

This company never changes for the better. All the focus groups with the owner and other management where they "appear" to care. Horrible pay, horrible benefits and the company leadership works with blinders on and won't fix the real problem. It's been the same problems for years with nothing changing. Things have really gone downhill 2019.

Poor management and very disappointing support from the entire team, especially for the new hires. Don't recommend.

The pay and benefits are awful! Also, management is worthless. If you try to raise and issue they’ll do nothing to help you. There is zero support, advancement, and management loves to pass blame onto lower level staff. The CEO is not a great guy either. His story of how he started the company is compelling but he doesn’t give back. Instead, he undervalues and under pays those who work to help him grow his company.

No other benefits except salary and shift allowance

Management was very unprofessional , benefits, low pay high turnover

Salary and benefits Pressure from management and a mentality of: “ Go work at McDonalds if you don’t like it here”

I cannot see any cons at this moment.
