Salary, high attrition, more crisis management than management, very limited resources

This company takes micro management to the next level.I have worked in this company from Nov 2021 to April 2022.They make you sign on a 1 year bond even for experiences folks,breaking which will cost you 2.5 lakhs and they say this amount is for training you.All the tools used are internal tools and there is no documentation.So,you are at the mercy of manager,team lead and co workers.Co workers are okay but management is the worst.They won't give WFH even if the hell breaks loose.To conclude,I have paid 2.5 lakhs(whatever I have earned till then) and came out of the company.I shouldn't have paid that becuse bonds are illegal in India but afraid because I don't want to waste my energy and resources fighting them and taking them to court and I really need the exit date in PF portal and service letter from them.In the offer letter they will tell you 2 months notice period but the devil is in the details,they are not calender days but working days which amounts to 3 months

Felt a bit like school with mangers tracking in your ins and outs

Low Pay. No Benefits. Overwork. Burnout. If you are a woman, Management will, with a probability of 75-80%, hit on you.

Everything is a lie, starting from the legal days off to the bonuses promised

The managent team was the worst

Unable to promote or get a raise.

I have nothing bad about them

-Lots of targets if you want a bonus -Low salary for IT -Low benefits and no benefits at all
