      Work from home for some accounts.

      No future. No hope for advancement. Two Years before I had a raise and it was only 25 cents.

      If you don't mind IBMs little tyrants

      Pros

      Steady work, no benefits to speak of because insurance that covers nothing is useless.

      Cons

      Atmosphere of a sweat shop. IBM is full of little tyrants that have their friends, and female leads will do anything for a guy that gives them the time of day.
