Broken equipment, ibm boulder building is falling apart. It’s disgusting, they never clean the bathrooms, multiple leaks in the ceiling tiles that are never repaired and forever drop into buckets. Stained desk that are falling apart and half the desk electrical sockets don’t work, painful chairs that hurt your back.
The “HR” or CTG doesn’t care about those their staff. Active pay caps based on what account you’re on (everyone I talked to only hit about 15.50 or so). Ibm has no pride the way their boulder location looks. Some accounts have 40 agents (when they got staff who stay for a minute) and 20 computers due to “contractual obligations”.
Ibm over all does the minimum necessary to hold accounts- reap the profit- and screw over the contract labor. Oh and if you have to goto the bathroom between breaks ctg deducts that from pay.
Also, they slowly drown you with more and more work, without any pay increases. Churn and burn, then bring in a new batch.
