      Pros

      Focus on tech, small company, famous clients and nice office. People are generally young and friendly. Company is very niche market.

      Cons

      Lots of unclear direction from above, no idea what future holds. Sometimes schedule can be hectic, overall life/work balance may not be ideal.

      Pros

      CTG has very impressive contracts with large companies. All of the most basic benefits for an employee. Good company to start one's career right out of college, not a place to stay.

      Cons

      Only basic benefits for employees. Management does not understand the job the employee is positioned in, lack of understanding prevents them from successfully protecting employee's when wrongfully accused. Zero opportunity for advancement

      No benefits and health insurance converage is pathetic. Employee salary matching is minimal.
