We appreciate your feedback! We agree that the variety of assignments and projects we offer are challenging, innovative, and provide employees the opportunity to enhance and develop their skill sets. Not only do our projects allow for skill expansion, we encourage employees to explore and develop skills in areas that interest them. We provide employees the opportunity to be reimbursed for certifications that accelerate their career path. In addition, if an employee has difficulty getting up to speed on a project, their manager will help determine what tools and resources are needed to help with the learning process. We encourage any employee needing assistance acclimating to a project to reach out to their manager immediately. Thank you for being a member of our team!

Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback. We are disheartened to hear that your experience was inconsistent with our company’s mission and the positive employee experience we typically hear about. Our managers are dedicated to supporting their employees by ensuring competitive pay as well as providing tools and resources need to perform duties successfully while identifying opportunities for growth. Our Learning and Development team works closely with managers to create custom learning paths so employees can further enhance their skill set. This is a great example of how we personify our core value of “inspire excellence and continuous improvement” where employees expand upon their professional and technical skills. We encourage employees who desire career growth to discuss their interests with their manager. We wish you the best of luck in the future.

Pros

* If you have the skills needed, they will hire you

Cons

* You will only be paid 3/4 or less of what your worth - this is because they are bound by the hired corporation salary agreement to pay CTG for each hired contractor that CTG hires and nothing more. For example, the corporation that you will end up working for will pay CTG $150K a year. You will only get paid $75K a year or less. The rest of these dollars goes to CTG so they can stay in business * CTG does not provide yearly employee reviews - You will not get a yearly review to discuss your contributions, accomplishments, etc * CTG does not provide yearly pay increases or bonuses - For (9) years, I received not one pay increase or bonus while working as a top contributor for the company that I was hired to work for * CTG does not treat their employees fairly as regular corporate employees are treated - When regular (non-CTG employees) are given paid personal time off with pay, as a CTG employee, you will have to use a vacation day or take a day without pay or just work on that day when others have the day off with pay

Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback. We’re disheartened that your experience was inconsistent with ones we typically hear of from employees. We feel our senior leadership has set a strong vision for CTG’s business strategy and openly shares that vision during town hall calls and other frequent company-wide communications. Our managers play an integral role in reinforcing this vision as they continually strengthen the bond between their employees and CTG. Our managers are connected to their teams and regularly assess the market to ensure fair and competitive compensation. Employees with concerns about their compensation or questions about the company’s vision are encouraged to reach out to their manager, Human Resources, or any member of the management team. We wish you the best of luck in the future.

Pros

- CDI, which gives you a sense of stability

Cons

- very poor and incompetent HR, you practically have to beg for any kind of information or for something you are entitled to, often receiving the answer “it’s Belgium” - borderline illegal practices: employees are often obliged to take unpaid leave if they do not have enough vacation days, which is illegal. Options should be given to the employee, such as the European vacation days and chômage économique. They started informing some people about it, but the information that is transmitted seems to be done on a person by person basis, which leads me to… - favouritism. Hr would have favourites and give them better conditions over other employees. Male coworkers were also paid more than female coworkers for similar roles. - HUGE salary discrepancies between employees and HUGE responsibility gaps between the job description and the real job. Also, very poor recruitment that lies about the job to get you to accept it, only to find yourself in a glorified call centre. (This is partially the clients fault as well) - CTG would drop its employees at the client and never bother about their wellbeing at all. - the great place to work stamp is a facade and I still believe they pay for it somehow as u cannot believe someone likes working for CTG long term. - the turnover is crazy, I don’t know many people who stayed over 2 years - once you start in one position, there is little to no chance that you will ever evolve from there even if you give your best and work your hardest
