      Pros

      A spirit of collaboration across the organization. Autonomy and trust that you will get your job done. Flexibility and remote work opportunities. Hard work is recognized in many ways and rewarded. A solid history of tenured employees - 20+ years is NOT uncommon. GREAT people. Tools and processes set up to support strong communication channels for a remote work force (IM, email, SharePoint, electronic time and expense reporting capabilities (with mobile receipt delivery - GREAT for travelers). Transparent communications - even when the news is not positive.

      Cons

      Benefits are expensive, but not out of line with the rest of the insurance market. Largely remote workforce can feel a little isolated and "on an island" at times.

      Pros

      The training at the entry level was outstanding. They had small projects, that required many of the common programming techniques. If one knows anything about programming the training would get you ready. Training was also available when I determined that additional skills were required.

      Cons

      My first client treated me like a team member from the start, but when I transferred to a corporate office I was treated as an outsider.

      Pros

      Company administration is good in response to any immediate needs to be taken care off.

      Cons

      They do not care about employee's wellness, future career planning, No training programs, once any assignment is finished with any of their client they do not try to look for keeping the employee for longtime. There is no employee employer relationship at all.
