      Pros

      I guess there is flexibility, and anonymity but that has more to do with the company you are contracted out to rather than CTG itself.

      Cons

      Its like they dont exist. If you have some sort of emergency you can reach them, and the helpdesk is fairly responsive but again, your work life is with the contracted company. CTG profits from you, but unless you have a disaster you wont hear from them; positive OR negative.

      Very poor benefits and no salary increase for 7 years

      Pros

      Offers one or two group luncheons per year and makes an attempt at appearing concerned about its employees. Dependable direct deposit of paycheck.

      Cons

      No offer of job advancement or salary increase during 7 years of employment. No coordination with IBM,Corp as to job performance.
