Lots of tools and software that allows you to do the job.

Cons

Management is completely awful and unprofessional. Long hours are expected and quotas are unrealistically high, with that comes poor quality work.

Get to work in a lot of great sites.

Cons

The techs have it real bad here. You constantly have to make unrealistic goals. Some employees stay over 10 hours just so they could meet minumum goals. Watch out if you don't meet the quota though. Management will usually send one of their people (who no one can understand btw) to your site and act very passive aggresive towards you. Also, I just don't feel the president of the company has our best interest at heart and surely is driven strictly for the $ to put it lightly.
