      Co-workers are down to Earth and friendly. Very supportive of each other and will not hesitate to help/teach new employees

      Free snacks, decent benefits, coworkers are cool

      Cons

      No room for advancement unless you are going to brown nose the higher ups or if you’re a family member. Do not exemplify their motto, “human side” to their employees. Do as they say and there will be no issue. If you’re desperate for work, they’ll hire you. If you’re driven to succeed, look else where
