Good benefits package, 24/7 IT support. Good diversity team

Cons

Pay moves up very slowly/very little. Do not expect big pay increases. The tech is stale, heaps of legacy code and quite frankly not a good place for a new aspiring software engineer as there's not much opportunity to work with newer frameworks.
