They have free water and coffee

Cons

Multiple years without bonuses or raises outside of the executive level No career development opportunities Deplorable working conditions including mold, rats and contamination No staffing coverage, turnover is actually a permanent reduction in the workforce No transparency on what is happening with the company, constant deception and miscommunication.
