Pros

I can't explain how refreshing it is to work at Computronix. When I say the company cares, I mean from the top down. The fact that the CEO meets with his employees quarterly and makes it a priority to get to know his employees is something I've never experienced. As someone who relocated across the country to work at Computronix I couldn't imagine a better transition. HR is awesome here - taking the time to find out my family's needs and even reaching out to my wife to better explain the area. The job itself is great. People are held accountable and challenged here. Everyone is working toward the same goal.

Cons

Really the only con I have is health care. Coming from a PPO - a high deductible health plan was kind of a punch in the stomach. However - the company provides an awesome match into an HSA account which from what I've researched rarely ever happens.

Cons

You can expect to be delegated work to do with little to no support and have the same amount of time to compelte it as someone who has been there 4 years. Do not attempt to challenge the status quo or veer outside of their structured regimen - that is frowned upon. New ideas and diversity is not something that appears to be encouraged. Expect very little of both.
