Pros
Nothing. It is a terrible company with a selfish owner.
Cons
Do not work here. The owner has hired and fired dozens or hundreds of employees in the past few years. The pay is the lowest in the industry. Employees who have been there for a couple of years have yet to receive a raise. Just avoid at all cost.

Pros
Only good thing are the coworkers. Sadly they are underpaid, under appreciated, and not given the resources needed to be successful. They are then blamed for things outside of their control.
Cons
Terrible pay, no raises, and a CEO who only cares about putting money in his pocket. He cuts costs whenever he can and is then surprised and angry when it results in poorer outcomes. Pay is far too low for the area and raises are extremely uncommon. Employees are forced to help the CEO with his personal matters and told it is “part of their job”. Employees are not given basic resources needed to do their jobs. Avoid this company at all cost. You’ll be stuck in a company that doesn’t value you and won’t help you grow.
