Pros

The company provided new hires with good training though you also have to be smart enough to catch up quickly!

Cons

It's the favoritism from the management that made the employee morale go down terribly. Because pf that, these people become arrogant, unwilling to cooperate, and show off their AWFUL ATTITUDE!

Don't even think of that, There's nothing positive!

Cons

The top management of Comtech was extremely biased and open about it. They had some favorites and were arrogant enough to prefer them publicly. It was awful! The other employees, including me, felt terrible when we were expected to handle stressful workloads and put in exhausting hours as we were not among the favorites. It made the workplace ambiance hostile and toxic! PLEASE AVOID IT IF YOU DON'T PREFER FAVORITISM!
