      Pros

      I've worked for Comtech, LLC for about 18 years now. They have a great work culture with amazing leadership. Comtech, LLC is extremely respectful of employee's work life balance and offers good benefits as well. I would highly recommend to friends and family as an great place to work at.

      Sometimes HQ resources are made to wear multiple hats like any other small businesses

      Pros

      One thing that I always look for in a work place is that workplace environment is amazing. It is tricky because you don't truly know until you start working, but I'm happy to say that this place has a kind and fostering environment. There is so many opportunities to learn and grow.

      Cons

      The Covid lockdown has made things a little difficult, but there's not much that can be done about that.
