Pros

Team mates wheer great to work with. Everyone except the executive staff works really hard. Great customer service.

Cons

Scheduled where not at all flexable. Expected alot of work for lower end of the pay scale.

Decent benefits package for contracting company. HR staff very responsive and helpful.

Cons

Upper management is more concerned with the overall company bottom line than what is best for the employees when it comes to contract negotiations. Direct manager at customer location was not equipped to manage a diverse technical team. This shows a lacking in upper managements vision and awareness in regards to personnel.

Pros

People that were working before new management team at HQ were good.

Cons

Communication is horrible. Nobody cares about deadlines as long as it not 2 hours before submission. The management team is awful, was in the company less than a month and was not working as they had to. Were not interested in what people need. Focus only on their well being. Salary is the lowest when you ask for an increase they will fire you two days after. In the beginning, they will promise you support but in fact, fire you without notice and without explanation just to avoid a lawsuit. You also will be required to work overtime and will not be compensated for that.
