Pros

CEFD has a casual work environment without too many meetings. The pay and benefits are decent, and there are many good people to work with at CEFD.

Cons

CEFD is very disorganized, and the departments have conflicts with each other that upper management can't seem to resolve. Many of the mid-level managers use intimidation as a motivational technique.

Pros

Manufacturing associates can expect to work 6 or 7 days per week when required, you give up having a life for the extra money. Advancement opportunities are possible if you really, really work at it for a few years. The benefits package was fair for full time employees.

Cons

Morale seemed constantly low among most associates. People are not particularly engaged in their work and there's continuous pressure from executive staff to do more with less. The work environment is far from glamorous but there are/were good people around to help pass the time.

Great salary, benefits for Phoenix, relaxed environment for work hours and attire, many good people work there with a lot of long timers

Company mergers causing the loss of good people, low morale, managers micromanage and play favorites, job title means nothing,

Reasonable benefits with a fair compensation package along with opportunities for advancement within the company lead to a positive work environment.

Cons

Not all normal holidays are recognized, though this is made up for with a week's worth of personal days to use at your choosing.
