      Good salary, bonuses and PTO.

      Cons

      Absolutely NO leadership support. Area Directors are more concerned with bottom line than patient care. Leaders have no experience other Concentra and cannot think outside the box. All sorts of systems in place for support, but when you "reach out" you are left hanging. Highest turnover rate than any company I have ever worked for, and I have been in the profession for many years. Would absolutely NOT recommend this company to anyone, at least NOT in south Texas region.

      Pros

      Great team effort to provide the best possible patient care. Company funded fellowship program from the 'Manual Therapy Institiute.' Travel, lodging, food, and course expenses all paid by company for MTI course! Great opportunity to move up in leadership. Great benefits, 401k match, and salary. Performance incentive compensation and yearly raises included.

      Cons

      Occassionally gets busy, a bit overwhelming at times. Support staff not always available.
