      Pros

      Benefits ie. Time off, Holiday, wages.

      Cons

      They don't care about their patients. The run their locations like a medical mill. They say they care about patient satisfaction, however they do not run with capable staffing, (management bonus's off keeping low staffing budget) Clinic wait times are very extended. They leadership team in Florida is incompetent. You can only grow within the company if your on the in's with area management. I should have taken the hint at the interview when the COD told me I would have been the 5th person in my role in 3 years.

      Weak pay if you aren't a therapist or doctor

      good experience Unique in that these centers have urgent care as well as physical therapy Opportunity to network with doctors and therapists.

      Cons

      Very repetitive work environment Weak pay Part time gets very little benefits If you are an MA, you may just be working in the front office and not with patients.
