      Pay was ok Shift was decent Coworkers were nice Ok location No weekendS

      Where do i even start? No opportunity for growth! You will do everything plus X-ray if you work for concentra. I worked for them for 3 and a half years and I just put my notice in and found another job. The pay is decent considering it’s a clinic job but like I said you will do everything. There were days where all i did was drug screens. I got 2 fatal flaws on drug screens and gotten written up for such. After doing everything and being short staffed day after day i finally put my foot down and said no more. I start my new job in 1 week and I’m happy to finally be out of there. If concentra offers you a job... don’t walk... RUN AWAY!

      No nights or weekends, fast paced can’t think of any thing else positive

      Cons

      Poor management and training. Under staffed with lots of pressure and minimal pay. There’s no growth in the company.

      Dedicated clinicians and clinical staff.

      Cons

      Unrealistic goals with no regard to staffing levels or patient safety. Staff level is based on irrelevant data. There is no room for emergencies or time consuming cases. Concentra is advertised as a 'walk-in' clinic, but patients aren't taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Urgent care patients are forced to the end of the line. Patients continually wait for hours because there is inadequate staff. EVERYTHING is on a timer. They continue to hire center management with no real-world patient care experience. Training is through mediocre slide presentations. Nothing is done hands-on. Day-to-day supply inventories must be justified. Reasonable-cost vaccines are abandoned in favor of higher margin ones.
