      Pros

      Concentra has refocused on their employer customers. As they have transitioned out of the Humans focus to what they do best, it has been rocky. They have shown a renewed focus to making our jobs easier and putting the customer first. The focus on improving turn around times and patient and employer scores will drive performance and is welcomed by most colleagues.

      Cons

      Growing pains to get up to speed on EMR and other technology. Seems to be moving in the right direction but can be disruptive and counter-productive at times.

      Pros

      My coworkers were all pretty cool to work with. I met some great people at this company and I really appreciate that.

      Cons

      Pay poorly, only get reviews once a year, hard to move up, feels like you get lost and are "just a cog in the machine". I got 3 outstanding reviews for four hard years of work and I only saw an increase of $1.28.....for four years. Utterly ridiculous and their insurance is horrible.
