      Corporate demands employees to "Get 'em in, get 'em out, get their money, bring 'em back ASAP and do it again".

      Pros

      Nice patients. Good cases. Nice medical co-slaves.

      Cons

      If you are salaried, the corporation fully intends for you to do the work of 2 people and you will not be paid for it. Get ready for at least 58 hour weeks paid at 40 hours if you are a doc. They lie about how much you will be working. The "Electronic Health Record" is electronic in the sense that the word processor is plugged into an electrical socket. The clinical staff works doubly hard to pay the exorbitant salaries of the non financial producers in Sales and Operations. Sales and Operations are purely lazy dead weight for the medical center clinicians to shoulder.

      Management is the worst people you can trust at this company,, starting from Corp. they are the worst role models.

      Low Pay, little respect for employees

      Fellow employees were nice to work with.

      Cons

      IT department was run with a command and control mentality. No respect for anyone who was a non-manager. Professional IT people treated as children, to be seen and not heard. Do as you are told and don't offer an opinion. Overall moral of the IT dept was low. Since having left, many other also left, and the CIO was let go. So hopefully the department has improved.
