Lacks Diversity & Consistent Leadership Direction

Pros

Some team members are hardworking and want to do the right thing. Competitive pay/industry-standard benefits depending on department.

Cons

In my experience, the company does not prioritize diversity, equity, or inclusion, especially in leadership roles. The workforce and management structure lack representation, and there are no clear initiatives in place to improve this. Leadership often appears disorganized and inconsistent, which makes it difficult for teams to execute or understand priorities. Decision-making can feel disconnected from frontline realities, and communication from leadership is often unclear or contradictory. Additionally, there is limited transparency about how and why decisions are made, and this impacts trust and morale.

Pros

Here are the bonuses of working for this company which are learning new accounts for employer services, getting certified in giving Audiograms, and they have some great medical assistants and radiologic Technologist.

Cons

Here's the downside if you get pregnant while working for this company they will find away to let you go after your 90 day return from maternity leave. This will happen even if you hit all your annual review marks that year and you receive a small pay increase. They will let you go without warning.Being a new mom I had some medical complications after having my daughter. The management team new this and found a reason to let me go eventhough I had been working my bones off for almost 3 years. They lack decent management. The 1st manager I had was wonderful but after that the new managers are always MIA eating all the time and not helping clinically at all. I am unsure if upper management is aware of this. I was given a raise after i nailed my performance review. 2 weeks before I was let go over a small mistake I made.I rarely made mistakes but if it happened I would correct them. This company lacks compassion for new moms struggling with postpartum.Beware of this. If you slack and call in sick to work frequently they will promote you as they did with my coworker. If you bust your butt they will find a way to expell you. So if you do the bare minimum apply to this company they will promote you quickly if your reliable and work hard you are doomed.
