      Pros

      Concentra is a fabulous place for growth and development. Great way to build leadership. Great team work. Bosses are approachable in case you come across issues. Concentra is a great place to work for medical assistants, skills are always in use I.e: venipuncture,vitals, injections and etc. Concentra is a clinic that offers urgent care and workers comp. Best place to work. Fast pace clinic. High volume of patients. Smile at all times during shift.

      Cons

      Concentra can be overwhelming at times but not that bad. Certain centers get short staffed from time to time and when available floats can help our centers.

      Pros

      I worked for them as a PT in the Chicagoland area as well as Philly, PA region. In both cases my direct managers were great and allowed me to have a somewhat flexible schedule. The are opportunities for continuing education and career growth.

      Cons

      It is a walk in clinic, so sometimes your schedule can get crazy at they expect you to accommodate to walk in new evaluation. At times it was hard to get the time off you had requested due to understaffing and not having a good system in place, such as per diems, to cover full time staff.
