      Pros

      Friendly people, opportunity to move up in the company as long as you are vocal about wanting to do so, good company for people to really stand out by going above and beyond the call of duty.

      Cons

      Unfair metrics used to compare clinics, constantly changing initiatives that often seem like busy work, very low emphasis on basic business skills that could be taught to employees to make clinics more profitable.

      Concentra will provide you with the training you need to move up in the organization and will help develop leadership skills. Opportunity for personal and professional growth with a lot of upper management support. Large footprint so you are able to transfer to a different state if you decide to move Competitive pay, most of the positions in the organization pay more than our competitors The company is patient focused and has high standards for the way the patients are treated by staff and the medical care they receive by physicians

      Cons

      Most of our positions are demanding and our centers are face paced. I always say this job isn't for everyone, they pay more because they expect more. This is a CON for those who want a slow paced job, if you like fast paced and can multitask you'll love it. Of course, technology, and this is already beginning to improve.

      Pros

      Concentra known for its Clinics for Occupational Medicine and Physical Therapy is going to be making a big presence in the Primary Care world in 2013. WIth that being said the company is really preparing employees for what is to come. The support system within in the company is great and it has been a real pleasure working for Concentra.

      Cons

      Although it may be looked upon as a Con, for future employees the interview process is very in depth. If you interview with Concentra please know that it is not going to be a one and done interview process. Concentra likes prospective employees to interview with various levels of employees and really does its home work when it comes to choosing the right candidate.
