      Great Place for people who enjoy workiing

      Pros

      Limitless opportunity for hard workers. Training and coaching covers more topics and in more depth each year. Really does try to do the right things for the right reasons -- doesn't always make it, but heart is in the right place. Solid communication of corporate strategies and plans. Focus on putting the patient first at all times.

      Cons

      IT could be improved -- plans are in place & implemented. Conflicting goals of Patient Service with economics of running the clinics can make things difficult. Adding 1 FTE for every 2 centers or so should be tried. Need to slightly increase respect for experienced staff and improve retention rates of right people. If you're not a fast paced worker, this is not the right fit for you.

      Pros

      High quality company that really values the benefits of physical therapy. Concentra will put you through an APTA accredited manual therapy residency program and assist with putting you through a fellowship. Excellent leadership, that is very receptive to your input and easily accessible. Concentra strives to have a patient centered environment with a strong evidence based approach to care

      Cons

      outdated documatation system, that is set to be updated in the next year. Some of the clinics are in need of renovation

      Great place to learn sales

      Pros

      Sales process is a huge focus for vets and new hires. Growing and evolving to try to help their sales people every year.

      Cons

      You can grow your client list through the roof, but if the Medical Centers you're selling for don't deliver what you're selling you're never going to make any money.
