      Thanks for your feedback. You’re right about the talent and potential that our colleagues possess and that is one of the things we appreciate and admire about all of our employees. However, we acknowledge that we have experienced a significant yet positive change in our IT strategy and leadership over the last 18 months. As part of this change, all IT projects are reviewed by leadership and a decision is made on if they drive the vision of the business. We strive to provide clear deliverables and expectations to guide our IT team to success. Thank you for your feedback as we continue to evaluate and improve.

      Pros

      - flexible work from home policy, friendly company culture, opportunities for promotion/development across all business lines. Our company takes care of America's workforce - it's an honorable duty. Our new CEO truly cares and constantly looks for ways to improve the company. Benefits are pretty good & your pto gets more and more size able the longer you're here.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work load seems never ending. We went through some major restructuring in 2016 & the dust is still settling to a degree - much better now though.

      Pros

      As an Account Executive you have a very flexible schedule and the training program for new hires is very helpful.

      Cons

      The is really no room for growth. When it comes to our employer services we are way too expensive compared to our competitors. There is so much turnover at the centers so things are constantly changing and it's hard to get into a rhythm with some of the centers. If you really want to make money you have to rely on people getting hurt on the job. However companies are starting to be more safe and cautious to reduce their work related injuries. This is not a career job. Don't take this job if you want to advance your career. If you are young then maybe take this job for a year or two to build your resume but that's about it.
