Pros
-minimal micro managers -flexible schedule, set your own meetings -quality service to represent, good doc's for the most part -inconsistent pricing on services
Cons
-past compensation plans were nonsensical -new AE's get paid much higher salaries than experienced reps. Often times in excess of 10-15k.... 2-3% raises do not even compare to the differences in rate. But once they have you chasing the quarterly bonus salary is not discussed. Existing reps should ask reps who left what they got paid. Also managers/reps who document walk in business as won get rewarded- even though its pretty much stealing...
