      Pros

      Work environment is excellent in concentrix. You feel free to do your work. I personally feel that as compare to another company concentrix is not giving the high pressure to their employees. This is one of the main reason that I love concentrix.

      Cons

      Salary is not good. Also the increment process is very slow. And the chance of promotion is very low just because of internal politics of seniors.
