      1) Pressure is not that much intense compared to other companies. 2) Cooperative managers

      Cons

      1) Very poor higher level management 2) Real time basis LOB movement, which is quite absurd especially when a company claims itself to be an MNC. 3) Workforce crunch 4) Mandatory and forcefully employees have to do overtime. 5) Sub standard cafeteria food. 6) Inhumane shift timings. 70% night shift 30% morning shift.
