Pros

1. A lot of job openings that are also open for their current employees. This is where I got into management and leadership. 2. Job security. Never felt to get retrenched. 3. People. Always available and ready to answer questions

Cons

1. Leaders: most leaders have their own corporate politics strategy 2. No to little salary increase. 3. Approval. Applying for internal jobs always require manager approval.
