Pros
The account is not that easy but very manageable. I have good and supportive team mates. Good support from other branch. I will gladly resign after I get my pay and my remaining signing bonus.
Cons
Salary is low. They are more concern of the quantity than quality. I got sick and advice to rest for the incoming operation as per doctor' advice. I never missed informing my supervisor of my health update but he and the temporary OM still decided to tag me as AWOL and NCNS even if I have my medcert. They consider my sick leave as absenteeism and plans to fail my regularization for this reason. They don't care if their employees are dying, they would still require you to go to work. If you're not "friends" with the management, good luck with their power tripping. When you provide feedbacks for the better, for them it's a complaint. Politics + crab mentality + powertripping.
