      Was great company with great people. Profit sharing and good incentives

      As it grows it doesn't do it right. Doesn't have the right processes in place before needed. Little help from above

      Relaxed atmosphere Decent pay only once in management Flexible hours Good training Not a sales job Can't think of any thing else that's good

      Can be fired with no warning Pay only increases when promoted P4p is a joke No professional development Lack of communication about changes Slow career ladder progression Paychecks constantly messed up Management can't coach Quality has no root cause experience HR does not have your back Gossip central No respect up and down the chain Many many more reasons

      Only bootlickers can excel and succeed , if u r straightforwRd sorry to say u r at vry wrong place. Growth is null. They r just dragging the process. If u r an agent asking fr growth u vl b given temptation of promotion..bt if u r a sme or manager . u will regret of being so as agent earn more than them in incentives. Now the qued shud a person go fr profile hike or monetary ? Anyways got rid of this company. Think twice bfr u join it.
