Pros

Easy job. Easy advancement. Other companies to work for. Discount. Met cool people. If you need a job I would recommend. They will hire anybody and it's a good place to start if you don't have call center experience.

Cons

Temporary advancement. Unorganized. There are about 3-4 companies concentrix work with. You may get moved to a different company until they don't need you anymore with a different position and salary. could be making more or less.

Transperency in the company is the best. Growth and movement is easier

I don't see any cons if the Concentrix core values are maintained.

Pros

A paycheck. The experience is good to take elsewhere

Cons

They informed us that they were closing down the call center. I quit. Then they called me and several others back to work their last peak season and made it seem as if we would be able to work from home. They took everyone's name down and phone number and never called us back. It's no big deal but I would only collect a check from this company. No future
