      The company pays a lot of efforts to educate its employees in order to keep its edge in its marketing analytics consulting industry

      Cons

      Almost all consultants leave the firm after 2~3 years to move onto another career where they are paid a lot better since they are now mastered since mastered in marketing data analytics

      1) Lots of growth opportunities in the form of IGPs after spending 1 year in the company 2) Like minded people to work with be it Team Lead/Floor Manager/Fellow Employees

      1) Transport issues 2) Management does not listen to what people have to say 3) Mangers can be inhuman at times in terms of adhering to the 10 hour work window

      Pros

      Good benefits, team environment, good pay for an entry level position.. The colleagues are very nice and supportive. There is freedom to work autonomously.

      Cons

      The colleagues know the answers better than the team leaders a lot of the time. Sometimes, when you have a problem, no one knows the answer. Also, too much emphasis on the stats. I.e. The time spent on the phone is more important than how you can do your best to help your customer.
