Poorly managed, under paid, extremely high turn over, stressful work environment.

I was with this Company when it was Minacs. But the same management still reigns supreme here. First, before you consider applying, know there is little to no room to move up in this company. As another reviewer stated. Management is either married to one another, related, best friends, or having an affair with one another. Unless you are part of the latter. Don't expect a promotion. The work for the pay is not worth the stress. I was a Tier 2 Senior Tech Advisor. Forced to take ownership of each case, to resolve to completion. Yet was constantly told I needed to spend less time and get things done quick. You can't have good customer service if you are forcing a time limit on it. Having paid holidays off was possible, as this is a law. But you were forced to work a day to make up for it. When the labour board was called and asked about this. We were told "This is immoral, but not illegal" Hours 4 our of 5 scheduled days a week extra hours were force added to our schedules. With no choice but to work them. Logging out even 1 minute early would add a SICK day to your record. I personally was let go due to Sick Incidents. Even though I had provided ample Medical Documentation. I had to fight with HR to receive my ROE which was done incorrectly twice. And finally got it right on the 3rd try. I was granted unemployment as they deemed my termination unlawful. For the record. I hold no grudges. Getting fired from here was the BEST thing that could have ever happened to me, because it forced me to get a real job. Couldn't be happier now.
