Pros

Best Company only if you not expect more salary and no carrier growth

Cons

Report managers are playing politics on the developers and doing favorism to the close friends or their known persons. If you question on their decisions (with respect to the project or raised any concerns about the project operations or technical decisions) then you won't get any salary hike or promotions. And also they will change the reporting manager of the candidate and will provided bad reviews to the candidate while processing the yearly review (appraisal process) since that is doing on the background without knowing you. Especially, these politics are genuinely high in Seattle area.

Pros

Great team members Decent salary in comparison to other immigrant jobs Mobility to other positions

Cons

Highly unproffessional managmant (TL and up) No appreciation of employees (i.e. no christmas present/ very very poor one, in 5 cent value on 2020, took months to receive re emberssment for money owed by the company) Treating employees as numbers, ypu need to provide the required numbers and being closely monitored (in more and more ways as time passes and we continue to work from home) no one listenes or tries to change anyhing and everyone is aware of that (TLs, HR via yearly surveys)
