Pros

You get to know a lot of cultures and people

Cons

They don’t pay good, they offer you a good salary and then each year when there is an annual salary race they start substracting you bonus, and then start to cut people from project, also there is corruption and bias, they say they are against those things but it is not. Career oportunities they can take you down from you current role

Pros

The global marketing and initial recruitment pitch are excellent. They do a fantastic job of selling the illusion of a 'game-changer' corporate culture before the harsh reality of the training wave sets in

Cons

While the global branding promotes 'elevating people,' the local Cairo branch operates under a digital sweatshop model. During a mandatory training wave, I suffered a severe 42°C fever and provided an officially stamped medical report from a physician. Local HR and management rejected the valid medical proof because it wasn't on their specific 'yellow paper'—an impossible administrative demand during a medical crisis. I was immediately terminated, and management informed me my completed training weeks would be entirely unpaid. If you accept a role here, understand that a medical emergency will result in your immediate dismissal and the withholding of your earned wages. The company uses local probation loopholes to bypass basic human dignity and global corporate ethics
