Low chance of getting a promotion and low increment.

Pros

• Great work environment • Friendly coworkers • Incentive for sales • Fun incentives in general ( gift cards, trips, game systems) • Commision checks ( they give you the ability to honestly make as much money as you want thru commissions and being good at sales) • opportunities at overtime if you want it • My management team • Someone somewhere in the building is willing to help if you need it. • flexible schedule (multiple shifts multiple shifts) • Opportunities to advance with the company • Fun events and activities ( duck hunts, site cookouts, competitions for things like point refunds) • Building in itself has amenities (Two break rooms with snacks and drinks, a zen room to relax, an arcade, the bean bags) I will say I love my job here 90% of the time. Management is friendly and takes the time to get to know you as a person. There’s so many opportunities to grow or make as much money as you want. Just like with any job every day isn’t sunshine and rainbows but it’s literally what you make it.

Cons

• Just like any business there is slow moments where sales aren’t as heavy it becomes a little stressful in these moments. • Lots and Lots of changes. Policies change regularly. The C in Concentrix stands for change •Training (Now I will say training was EASY and had some of the funniest moments)
