HR and payroll completely ghost employees and refuse to respond to urgent pay inquiries. ### 2. Invasive Workplace Monitoring & Zero Accountability * **Constant Surveillance:** Management utilizes invasive, constant screen recordings to micromanage your every move. This includes enforcing toxic rules where staff are forced to constantly jiggle their mouse—even during quiet night shifts with no active work—creating an incredibly stressful environment. * **Refusal to Provide Proof:** When I explicitly asked HR to point out exactly where I had ever signed or consented to this level of screen monitoring, they completely ghosted me and refused to answer. Furthermore, these recordings are sent directly to a US-based client outside of Europe. ### 3. Deceptive "Promotions" * **The SME Trap:** Do not accept a promotion to Subject Matter Expert (SME). Colleagues who did discovered they actually received **less** salary while being forced into sporadic night shifts, completely breaking the promises made to them during the offer. ### 4. Zero Tools for Success & Pure Chaos * **Abysmal Materials:** The tools provided are useless. Phone scripts feature such terrible translations that agents are forced to translate the original English scripts on the fly during live calls just to function. Management invests absolutely nothing into proper working materials. * **Purely Reactive Management:** There are no clear processes. Management operates with a highly chaotic mindset—completely ignoring structural problems until things are already burning down instead of fixing them beforehand. ### ⚠️ Final Verdict Working here means risking your financial stability, dealing with invasive micromanagement, and fighting for months just to get paid what you are owed.
