Don't expect to get paid correctly or on time.

Pros

Better than unemployment, possibly a good starter company for an agent if they have never worked in call center environment with policies and processes already established.

Cons

Payroll, no system in place for recording actual time worked. Depends on a manager approving and submitting your hours hoping it actually happens and your paid on the actual paydate and correctly for the hours you worked. My experience was I was input into the system incorrectly, salary vs hourly, so when it came to my last pay check it was delayed for 5 days causing me to lose my apartment. The entire time I worked there I had no idea who was aactually submitting my time for my pay and no one in my department s management, HR, or project managers could tell me either. Of course it took me over two weeks to find someone that could tell me my employee ID number needed for a system needed to do my job correctly so I was not surprised by No one knowing who was handling my payroll. I reported to my manager on the payday following Christmas that I didn't receive my holiday pay for working Christmas day, I'm waiting for that check to possibly be sent out this week maybe. A coworker who has also resigned (due to lack of training, established processes, and leadership in the role) is still waiting for the first paycheck that should have been received almost three weeks ago along with last paycheck from last Friday. HR informed that the check was cut from payroll for the 78 hours worked before quitting and could be picked up next day, its still not been received by my former coworker or the AZ office and guess what... no one knows anything to be able to explain the issue for the delay. The people were wonderful I loved working with them. I can't blame them for the lack of processes, knowledge, or training when the senior manager over the project had only 3 weeks seniority over me and was still teaching himself his own job.

Pros

Pay, MEDICAL benefits, work from home

Cons

In the job description they said that they have flexible schedules. Well the only one that has to bend over is you. They change schedules every 3 months. But, here lately it's every week and they give you 1 day notice that next week your schedule is changing. Nobody knows anything. TM's don't know anything they reach out to upper management and if you don't stay on them nothing gets done. They mess up pay on the regular, and W-2's I currently have a standing ticket for a W-2 issue since Feb. and they haven't even looked into the ticket yet. They don't hire in CA but have my state in CA smh. They lay people off with a weeks notice they let go of over 100 people back on Dec 1st for a full month to get on with a different client in January. Most were wise and found other jobs but some were not so fortunate. For a company to do that right at holiday season was heartless. And we are not told that during recruitment or training that there will be a "ramp up" of course because recruiters are salesmen. It's so many changes you get a email one day "hey we looking for people to go part-time", then an email "hey we need you to switch your days off", then an email "do you want to stay with this LOB reply asap". You reply they say "oh we met our quota". Then, chat support is a joke they don't even reply if you need help anymore there is no one to call for assistance. you get push back. Don't have a Religious accommodation they want you to get a Letterhead from your organization, mine does not do that and even they told me to leave when I went in there to ask for it. This company is a joke! And will not have that client for long. Oh let's not forget the "security breeches" I had to send back 3 computers since I started back Aug2018 no explanations was out of work for 2 weeks each time. You can't do like a regular job and click to request off you have to send and email to you TM to request the days off and you have to keep asking if you got those days off. Good luck if you apply you will definitely need it. Gradbay was soooo disorganized half my training class quit the 1st week they literally throw you on the phone and calls are back to back not even a second between calls. Anyone would panic after Gradbay calls were 45 mins to an hour apart. Picked up after the holiday season. But Good Luck.

Pros

None. Deserve no stars at all.

Cons

Disrespectful. Managers Coaches TLs are No Good! The entire staff are negative evil non human beings. Pay is Low. Scam you on your medical benefits never receiving them after the time frame. When you turn the equipment back they put your name down as A criminal on your background report for no reason at all after receiving it.
